Shipping Information

We ship exclusively with FedEx. Insurance is included in the price of the shipping. Shelf-stable products (salmon jerky and canned salmon) may be ordered via any shipping option, but frozen and refrigerated products need to be ordered via 2-Day Air or Overnight. Certains areas in the Northwest may be serviced by Ground within 1-2 days. We do local delivery in the Seattle Metro area every Monday for a fee of $10. Please see our delivery area map for more details.

For larger orders (over 30 pounds) we can offer reduced shipping rates. Please contact us for more information.

Frozen and refrigerated products ship Monday and Wednesday, and shelf-stable products ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

In most cases, orders received before 10 AM PST will ship the same day, and orders received after 10 AM PST will ship the next day (unless that order is placed on Wednesday for refrigerated and frozen products, or Friday for shelf-stable products). In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or if we are unable to ship your order immediately, we will notify you as soon as possible.
